Fitting Instructions 

Boil water. Remove mouth guard from boiling water with a slotted spoon on to kitchen roll. Pat dry so it's still soft and warm. place mouth guard in your mouth and position it against your upper teeth. Bite down firmly to create an impression. Press your tongue against the roof of your mouth to create pressure and tighten fit. Rinse the mouth guard in cold water.
